The Charter Township of Portage needs a candidate to fill the seat of an alternate for the Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA). The ZBA acts as an arbiter of disputes or questions on interpreting and enforcing the Township's Zoning Ordinance. The ZBA members receive a meeting stipend. To apply; please use the Twp. Baord and Commission Application form that can be found on the Township's web-page.  Please e-mail the form to supervisor@charterportagetwp.org  or  drop it off during buisiness hours 9:00 am to 3:00 pm Monday thru Friday at the Twp. office. The closing deadline date is at close of business on November 10, 2022.
